- 9:30am Zumba Gold – A little shorter, more modified version of a Basic Class. Excellent place to start Zumba or just to start your day!
- 5:15pm Zumba Toning – A different approach to the calorie scorching Zumba Class with adding weighted sticks and more fitness moves like squats, lunges, weighted arm motions and abs! Also 10 min of just ab work at the end. *Sticks can be rented or purchased from the Club.
